According to Mehr news agency, Manouchehr Shahini added: The government’s priority is to complete half-finished projects so that these projects can be put into operation in the shortest possible time.

He stated: Almost no new projects are started in the province to complete half-finished projects.

Shahini added: Under no circumstances will allocations be made to stagnant projects.

Referring to the first meeting of the provincial working group, Article 23 of the annexation law, Shahini said: This meeting was held with the topic of reviewing the plans and new projects of the executive bodies of the province.

He added: The approval of new projects depends on the completeness of the documents and documents sent by the executive bodies.
